We do not support or take any responsibility for answering questions from tax advisors as part of our regular service. Support for tax advisors is only provided on special occasions when previously agreed upon, and additional support related to audits or cross-checking is a chargeable service.
However, the following documents are available to your tax advisor in the Client Portal (if you have activated this product; if not, please check with your Customer Success Manager):
- Export shipments (ASCII interface)
- Export sales (ASCII interface)
- Proforma invoices
- Confirmation of your declarations
❗Please note that we do not provide any exports via email due to data security concerns.
Your tax advisor can also receive their own login to your portal for easier access to necessary information.
