To pay the invoice, you can log in through Stripe and set up a payment method. The payment portal is accessible via the following link: Stripe Payment Portal.
How to pay your invoice:
- Log in: Use the email address you used when signing the contract to log in. π
- Payment methods: Click on the "Payment Methods" tab. πΌ
- Add payment method: Click on "Add Payment Method". β
- Select payment method: You can choose between a SEPA direct debit mandate or a credit card. π³π¦
- Confirm payment method: Confirm the payment method by clicking on the "Add" button. β
βIt is essential to choose only the payment methods available directly through Stripe. Other payment methods cannot be considered, as our system will not correctly allocate the invoices. If you pay outstanding amounts via bank transfer and do not use the available payment methods, we cannot take responsibility for allocating these payments.
