      How will the change in invoicing procedures impact my current billing cycle?

      With the new subscription packages, the invoicing process will change slightly. Here’s what to expect:

      • Monthly Invoices: You’ll receive your invoice within the first 5 days of the service month. For example, if your renewal month is January, you’ll get your first invoice between January 1st and 5th. 📅
      • Two Invoices in One Month (First Renewal Only): In the first month of renewal, you may receive two invoices:
        • One for the previous month’s services (e.g., December).
        • One for the new subscription period (e.g., January).
      Possible One-Time Overlap: This double invoice happens only once due to the transition in invoicing cycles, so it won’t repeat in the following months.
