I lost my VAT ID certificate. What should I do?

Please note that only your tax advisor or compliance provider who initiated VAT registration on your behalf has your VAT certificate. If countX did not register you in the country where you need the VAT certificate, we are unable to easily request it on your behalf.

If there is no other way to obtain your VAT certificate, a special form and request can be submitted by your current representative to the tax office. This is a chargeable service and is not part of your standard package with countX.

To proceed, we advise contacting your current tax advisor or compliance provider to initiate this request. If you need further assistance, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager for guidance.
