What types of errors can be found?

When checking your file, various types of errors may occur. These can be divided into three main categories:

  • ❌  Errors - Must be fixed:
These are serious problems (like missing required data or incorrect VAT amounts).
What happens: We cannot include these documents in filings until they are corrected.
Why it matters: If errors are ignored, your filing will be incomplete and you may face adjustments or extra charges.

  • ⚠️ Warnings – Should be fixed:
These are less serious but still important (like missing optional details or unusual amounts).
    What happens:
We can include the documents in filings, but it may lead to problems later.
    Why it matters:
Fixing warnings improves accuracy and reduces the risk of audits.

  • ℹ️ Notices – For your information:
These are minor tips or suggestions.
    What happens:
    They don’t affect your filings.
    Why it matters:
Reviewing notices helps keep your data clean and complete.

We always recommend resolving all errors and warnings to ensure compliance with current legislation and to avoid any potential requests or audits from tax offices.
