What will I learn during the Onboarding call?

The onboarding call is the most crucial part of your journey with countX, and it is very important to dedicate 45 minutes to 1 hour to this call. Ensure you have activated access to the Client Portal and are able to share your screen during the call.

During the onboarding call, you will:

  • Meet your main contact at countX and learn how we will work together.
  • Cover important details such as handling takeovers and registrations, communication rules, and the importance of uploading your sales and purchase prices to the Client Portal.
  • Receive a comprehensive demonstration of how to use the Client Portal.
  • Have the opportunity to provide feedback to help us improve our services.
  • Get answers to any questions you may have.
