The onboarding call is the most crucial part of your journey with countX, and it is essential to dedicate 45 minutes to 1 hour to this call. Please ensure you have activated access to the Client Portal and are able to share your screen during the call.
During the onboarding call, you will be shown and explained all the features of the Client Portal, our main communication tool. It is essential that you have full access to the Client Portal so we can ensure all functionalities are working for you.
Key preparations include:
- Ensuring the person responsible for providing data and the main contact person with countX are present during the call.
- If your tax advisor needs to receive some exports or should be part of the communication with countX in the future, ensure they also attend the call.
- Be ready to cover important details such as handling takeovers and registrations, communication rules, and the importance of uploading your sales and purchase prices to the Client Portal.
- Prepare any questions you may have to ensure you get the most out of the call.
