How will the changes affect the service I receive during the transition period (between the subscription packages)?

Whether you're upgrading to the Professional Package or downgrading to the Core Package, we’ll ensure a smooth transition with minimal impact on your service. Here’s what to expect:

  1. 🔄 Transition Period:
    • Upgrading to Professional: You’ll immediately gain access to premium services like a dedicated Customer Success Manager, faster response times, and phone/video call support. 🚀 These features will be available as soon as your upgrade is processed.
    • Downgrading to Core: You’ll continue to enjoy Professional-level support until the end of your current subscription period. Afterward, your service will adjust to the Core Package with standard email support (4-day response time) and fewer premium features.
  2. 📊 Access to Tools:
    Regardless of the change, you’ll still have full access to the customer portal and all the tools you use, like data uploads and VAT submissions, with no downtime during the transition.
  3. 📧 Support Adjustment:
    • Upgrading to Professional: You’ll benefit from faster response times (2-day email support), phone support, and the option to schedule longer video call (up to 60 minutes).
    • Downgrading to Core: Your support will shift to email-only with a longer response time (4 working days). Phone or video call support will no longer be included unless requested for an extra charge.
  4. 💼 Additional Services:
    • Upgrading to Professional: You’ll unlock additional services, such as help with health check corrections, manual data verification, and assistance with filings, all included at no extra charge.
    • Downgrading to Core: Some services included in the Professional Package (e.g., dedicated support for health checks, Customer Success Manager) will no longer be available. However, essential features like VAT submissions will still be accessible.
